Retreats are such fun.

Sewing, food and more food. I am just coming up for air after a wonderful retreat.  Even though it is work for me I get such a kick out of watching people really enjoy themselves.
Just grabbing some energy for  breakfast on day one.

Here are some of the girls in awe of Helen’s work as she conducts a fabulous trunk show.

Time for our entree.  home made short soup. Everyone was scrambling for their cameras to make sure they got a photo to show their friends and families.
It was beautiful looking out over the valley.

Voila, the first stage is done, now we are ready to stitch. Haven’t they done a wonderful job.

Thanks to Helen for a fantastic workshop there were alot of happy ladies.
All too soon it was time to say goodbye to everyone. New friendships have been made and old
ones strengthened as the sun went down on a memorable few days.
I am looking forward to the next one.
