Illuminate Week 21

Welcome to 2023! How time is flying..

To kick off the sew along this year we are moving on to some of the outer blocks of the quilt.

First, make a star using 6 pink hexie 1″ six-pointed stars.

Next, make 2 blocks as shown below using 6 pink hexie elongated hexagons.

Join 3 white elongated hexagons and 3 charcoal starfall 2″ six pointed stars as shown below.

Note: Use any white fabrics you have remaining – this can be scrappy, each elongated hexagon does not need to be the same.

Join the blocks together to make the section as shown below.
