Home from Market

Well I am home from Spring Market and it was fabulous as usual.

There is such a huge lead up to it and then it is all over in the blink of an eye.

After market we went down to Lansing in Iowa for a couple of days to to spend some time with Julie from Patchabilities.

We had a great time. Her place over looks a Trout stream and we saw deer running in the woods, squirrels, racoons. Different animals than we have here in Australia.

Here is the view from high on the ridge looking up the Mississippi to the barges coming downstream.

The weather had been beautiful right up till this day and then it began to rain.

 

It is a very beautiful place.

Thankyou Julie and to all of your friends who made us feel very welcome.

Check out this little house built into the rock on the side of the hill it was very cute.
