My trip to Rockhampton
After returning from my whirlwind trip to The Quilted Crow girls in Tasmania we jumped in the car and headed north to Rockhampton to Patchwork Paradise.
How is this for a cute shop front.
The roads are all in such disrepair after all of the rain and floods over the past 2 years. And, guess what it was still raining. Where does it all come from I ask.
Friday night we had a fabulous trunk show and then up bright and early for a workshop on Saturday and again Sunday.
What a fabulous group of ladies. Some had travelled long distances even from Perth. They all came into the class with a little bit of trepidation thinking it was going to be hard but left as happy as larks mastering the art of my technique with clamshells.
It is truely one of the easiest things you will ever do and it looks fabulous.
Thankyou Margaret for being the hostess with the mostess. Thankyou to your staff for looking after me.
Just a quick hello to Di from the naughty corner. I hope you are finished your project.
