Paper Lanterns Sew Along Week Twenty-Three
What’s your most favourite part to making a quilt? Do you love picking your fabrics, the preparation, or maybe it’s the binding. For so many years sewing has been a job and although it still is I have changed how I create. I really enjoy picking my fabrics when I’m not having to sew with my own fabric collections of course and the actual sewing part is fun but putting that final stitch into the binding is such a good feeling. Good news!! We’re almost there.
With 1 week to go and then construction our Paper Lantern journey has almost come to an end. I have been asked by many of you what is next? Well I have a few things up my sleeve and although we won’t be jumping right into another sew along there will be another as I have done for the past few years, every year; so stay tuned and keep an eye out for what’s to come.
